•All accommodation rates, descriptions, terms and conditions are supplied to ResortPlus by each property & may be subject to change without notice. ResortPlus cannot take responsibility for changes beyond their control.
•The rates listed on the website or elsewhere are only available in conjunction with the purchase of a Card and during the period that the Card is valid, as printed on the Card face. The Card number must be provided at the time of booking.
•Star ratings are supplied by each property and are attributed by a third party, the AAA or self-rated. Details of how these ratings are judged are available at www.hightide.com.au/questions.php or directly from AAA.
•Accommodation queries, availability, bookings etc are obtained by phoning ResortPlus HelpLine on 1300 886 876 from 9:00-4:30M-F or from the website www.resortplus.com.au or by email to helpline@resortplus.com.au.
•ULTIMATE extras are from third parties and are offered as a value-add to the ULTIMATE Card and may be altered or removed from the program at any time without notice.
•ResortPlus partners with resorts known for the quality of their service and facilities, however, does not own or operate the resorts. Problems with the service or facilities while staying at the resort should be directed to the resort management. ResortPlus is happy to hear quality feedback about our partners.
•The ResortPlus Cards are not transferable other than to immediate family. The ULTIMATE Corporate Card is transferable.
•As a ResortPlus Card holder you may receive customer service calls every six months or so. This may occur even though you have listed on the Do Not Call register. Should you not wish to be contacted via telephone by us in the future please let us know and we will cease immediately.
•ResortPlus does not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind. You can apply for a refund where the goods are faulty, wrongly described or do not do what they are supposed to do. A $30 administration fee may apply where a refund is granted for reasons other than those listed above.
