| | ResortPlus partners with resorts known for the quality of their service and facilities, however, does not own or operate the resorts. Problems with the service or facilities while staying at the resort should be directed to the resort management. ResortPlus is happy to hear quality feedback about our partners. |
| | The ResortPlus Cards are not transferable other than to immediate family. The ULTIMATE Corporate Card is transferable. |
| | As a ResortPlus Card holder you may receive customer service calls every six months or so. This may occur even though you have listed on the Do Not Call register. Should you not wish to be contacted via telephone by us in the future please let us know and we will cease immediately. |
| | ResortPlus does not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind. You can apply for a refund where the goods are faulty, wrongly described or do not do what they are supposed to do. A $30 administration fee may apply where a refund is granted for reasons other than those listed above. |
